Refunds & Returns
At CrunchBoss, all our products are handcrafted in small batches and prepared for food consumption. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns on Delivered Food Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons:
- products once delivered cannot be returned
- opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or exchange
2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
We may offer a replacement or refund only in the following situations:
- wrong product delivered
- damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery
- product received in unusable condition
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- order number
- clear photos/videos of the issue
- brief description of the concern
Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- courier or logistics delays
- weather conditions
- high order volumes
- unforeseen operational circumstances
Such delays do not qualify for refunds unless the order is cancelled by CrunchBoss.
5. Pune Delivery Zone
CrunchBoss currently delivers only within Pune, Maharashtra.
Orders placed outside our active delivery zones may be cancelled and refunded.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
7. Product Storage & Handling
Our products are made in small batches and should be:
- stored in a cool, dry place
- kept away from moisture and direct sunlight
- consumed before the mentioned expiry period
CrunchBoss is not responsible for product quality issues caused due to improper storage after delivery.
