Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. No Returns on Delivered Food Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For hygiene and food safety reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>products once delivered cannot be returned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or exchange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We may offer a replacement or refund only in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>wrong product delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>product received in unusable condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clear photos\/videos of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brief description of the concern<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Delivery Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>courier or logistics delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>high order volumes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unforeseen operational circumstances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Such delays do not qualify for refunds unless the order is cancelled by CrunchBoss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Pune Delivery Zone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>CrunchBoss currently delivers only within Pune, Maharashtra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders placed outside our active delivery zones may be cancelled and refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Product Storage &amp; Handling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our products are made in small batches and should be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>stored in a cool, dry place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kept away from moisture and direct sunlight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>consumed before the mentioned expiry period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>CrunchBoss is not responsible for product quality issues caused due to improper storage after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
